Phase 1
Or behind the scenes as I like to call it!
This phase is fundamental, as it provides you with all the tools you need to successfully build your brand (it’s like laying the foundations before any building work begins!).
I will examine all elements of your visual brand, leading to Brand Archetype analysis. This is where and how I will work with you to determine your brand persona, positioning, key messages, your vision, brand tone of voice and brand story.
Essentially the ‘human element’, what makes people resonate with you, and why customers should choose you as opposed to a competitor. Together, we will bring your business to life and includes:
- Internal research / brand survey
- Existing customer feedback / reviews
- Competitor brand, messaging, and tone of voice review
- Brand Development workshop
- Brand Archetype analysis / Strategy / (define and shape brand positioning, brand values and brand persona)
- Overarching Brand Value proposition / brand differentiator (strapline) and key messages
- Feedback and Q&As from your business / key stakeholders.
Phase 2
This is the creative part… where we really bring your business to life!
The following gives you an idea of what is involved in the creative process. Varying on individual client requirements and can include (but not limited to), the following:
- Brand Identity Development and design / or Brand refresh
- Brand colour palette
- Tone of Voice document (brand style guidelines)
- Brand Photo Shoot (define and create brand style and image)
- Brand images / social media style launch
- In-house launch to ensure everyone buys into and understand the brand (if relevant)
- Launch Campaign *
* Option to outsource to tml. or happy to handover and brief you / your team to implement (totally flexible).
